Not sure if I remember correctly, but it should be something like "sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.locate.plist", and it takes a couple of minutes to complete (in the background, as you'll immediately get back to the command prompt after launching the command).Once the locate database is available, it turned out that the only mentions of DEPNotify were files stored in the /opt/airbnb directory.
